?When does my order ship?
Orders will be shipped the following Monday that your order was placed. We will be working diligently on getting more automated to send out orders every day.
?When does my billing start?
Your billing will start immediately upon completion of checkout and you will be billed on the same day every month.
?What if I don’t want to order a kit with my eJuice membership?
You do not have to order a kit or hardware with your eJuice subscription. You will have the option to “Skip this step.”
?Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Just log in to your account and click the “cancel my membership” tab.
?Do I need to steep my eJuice before I start vaping it?
No, you do not need to steep your eJuice from Ecig-club.com
?What is your warranty on hardware?
You will have a 1 year warranty on hardware for defects and/or failure.
?What if I don’t like my flavors?
We will send you another flavor of your choice.
?What PG/VG blend do you use?
All of our eJuices will automatically be sent with 50/50 unless you state otherwise in the comments section of the checkout.
?Can I vape anywhere I want to?
It depends on the city and state that you live in. Most cities do allow vaping in public places, but more and more cities are starting to ban it. If you’re not sure, ask the manager of the establishment first.
?How many flavors does Ecig-Club have?
We have 125 Premium flavors and 52 Organic flavors in our current menu. We will constantly be adding new flavors, so make sure you are watching the menu as it will change from time to time.
